Children of any age are always welcome in our worship. Children's bulletins are available in the narthex for pre-school (3-6 years) and elementary ages (7-12 years), and can help children engage the Biblical stories that are being read in worship at an age-appropriate level.
Occasional children's sermons are offered at the 10:30 service. Baptized children are welcome to take part in the Lord's Supper with the rest of the congregation. Middle school children (12 years and older) may volunteer to serve with a parent as an usher or greeter.
This is a part of our WednesdayNiteAlive! program designed for elementary and middle school children. On the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 pm, from September to May, kids can enjoy crafts, games and a monthly theme designed to foster wonder, reverence and Christian learning. On all the other Wednesdays in the month at 5:00 pm, families and children may join with others in a Helping Hands service project activity. At 6:00 pm each week, our prayer service and supper are open to all.
